Pursuant to Article 55, second paragraph, of the Consumer Code, the customer is not entitled to withdraw in the following cases:

Products must be returned adequately protected in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not worn, damaged or soiled by the customer).

The costs and risks associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the sender.

 

Refunds will be made within 30 (thirty) days from receipt of goods from Italy Logistics, upon notice IBAN of the customer. The refund includes the purchase price of the products ordered excluding shipping charges and return the product to remain the responsibility of the customer.
